My dearest Nancy and Michele,
I am so sorry for your loss and have just learned of your father's passing. Even though I have never met your father, after reading the obituary, I have missed meeting a true gentleman. They don't make them like that anymore.....my prayers are with you and I will request a requim Mass celebrated for him at Sacred Heart Misson church in Proctor.

God bless you and your family.

Hi Nancy,
I just wanted to let you know how very sorry I am to hear about your dad. I feel very lucky to have known him and reading what Cath wrote I truly understand what a great father and man he was. I can still remember the homemade pasta your dad use to make and having it hanging in the kitchen. I also remember your dad loved listening to his classical music - one instance makes me laugh everytime! Pulling up beside your dad in your car
at a light (while we were supposed to be in school) and seeing him enjoying his music and hoping that he doesnt see us!

Lillian and I were saddened to learn of your father's passing and extend to you, Peter and Nancy our deepest sympathy.
Bob and I go back close to 50 years. If my memory is correct, I think it was about 1961 when he joined Cominco as a young EIT in Trail. My secretary at the time was Janet Brown who was to become your mother. She was sadly taken from us at far too young an age.

Bob played an active part in my retirement on June 29, 1989 when, as a complete surprise, he presented me with a set of unique bookeneds which he designed and had cast in high purity zinc, then machined and engraved with my name and the date. They will forever remind me of our long friendship.
We remember the kindness which you both extended to us in June 1992 during my major surgery at the Indiana University Hospital ...

Please let us know where we might send a charitable donation in Bob's memory.

We continue to think of you at this sad time.
Sincerely, Don and Lillian

It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye to our beloved "T". Never hesitating to sit a spell and share his vast life experiences and infinite wisdom that always would bring a smile to your face. His wisdom was only shadowed by his kindness to anyone "down on their luck" and any stray animal that singled him out. I will miss our lunches and the hugs and kisses we always shared. The world has lost one of it's best but heaven is celebrating your arrival.

Hugs forever...till we meet again.
