I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing and was worried that something had happened when I hadn't heard from you in a while. I did not know your Dad well but what I did know of him was that he was a generous and compassionate person who was an honour to meet. My condolences go out to you and your family.

Hey Michele,

Sorry to hear about Nancy's Dad...sounds like you have all been through a lot the last couple of years. I think you need to take a vacation and come visit me in sunny Austin. I have a house and a place to stay, lots of trails to hike, the lake, coffee/wine bars...Am I getting your attention yet?

We are sorry to hear this news, and wanted you to know that we are thinking of you all and sending love. Although we only spoke to your dad on the phone, we know that he is a lovely fella! My dad died when I was fifteen, and I know it doesn't help to say that time heals... but it will. Thanks for letting us know, we will hold you in our thoughts.
