Comments: Mr. Trevison left a wonderful daughter, a very special person. Although he and I were never able to meet, I feel I know him through Nancy, and I'm happy she's in Michele's life and in mine.

Comments: Thank you for thinking of me. I hadn't heard and I'm so very sorry to hear about your dad. It is funny because both you and he have been on my mind in the last few days. I was supposed to be in Portland last night with the evening open and was writing a mail to connect with you when the phone rang and I found out that the date was cancelled. And, I was thinking about your dad because I was dusting off the cradle I made about 25 years ago and the brass plate he made for me is on it. Do you remember that? Liane was having Ryan and I was talking about the cradle with your dad and he smelted me a small plate! I couldn't believe anyone could just up and do that! Still makes me smile to think about that. That cradle has been used by 15+ kids so far and Christy is about to deliver another resident (her second daughter) next week.
How are you doing with losing your dad? How are Chuck and Josie? How is work? I'd very much like to connect next time I'm in town or would love to host you in Seattle if you ever make it up here.
Please stay in touch and I'll do the same.
Steve

Comments: Dear Family, Im very sorry for your loss. I met Bob when I was a young man. At times I didn't make good decisions. He would call me on it, and then talk about it to me.I really respected him for that. I always liked to see him and talk. I would see him later in life, and he had heard of my work. He always acted proud of me,and made me feel proud of myself. Thanks Bob, GT

Comments: So today, I went into two of the stores that Dad frequented regularly. Anytime I would go into one of these stores with Dad he would talk to many of the employees and knew them on a first name basis. Dad was always saying or doing something that would cheer them up, bring a smile to their face, or let them know he cared about whatever troubles they were going through.
When I went into the Fred Meyer today to ask permission to post Dad's obituary with his picture on it on their bulletin board.
The girl at the counter said someone who worked there had already brought in the obit clipping from the newspaper and she knew Dad and was truly saddened to hear about his leaving.
When I went into Safeway I asked if they would post it in the lunch room and the fellow at the desk, again knew Dad and was pained to know that Dad had died.
Both employees immediately recognized Dad by the pictures and spoke fondly of him.

We are sorry about the passing of your father. His story reveals a man of tremendous intelligence and compassion. The world is poorer for his absence. We hope that you and all of your family find peace and comfort in many memories of your dad. Fondly,

Comments: We never met Bob but, in reading the many postings, he obviously touched many lives both human and animal. He has left a trail of wonderful memories, a spirit of giving, love and laughter in his wake. We wish we had known him; to be touched like that is becoming very rare these days. Our condolences to Nancy, Michele and the whole Trevison family.
