Comments: I never met Mr. Trevison but heard so much about him over the years from Cat that I feel like I knew him. I always loved hearing about his adventures with his animal companions, and I loved looking at all the wonderful photos of the dogs and cats -- humans, too -- on this memorial site. His favorite bits of poetry are profound, and I would expect no less from the man who raised my beloved Cat. I am so sorry he is gone but so glad you had each other in this life.

Comments: Dear Pete, Cathy, and Nancy, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. I did not know him well but from what I have been reading, he was very intelligent, generous and ready to help anyone in need or in trouble. I know that you will miss him very much. Am looking forward to seeing all of you in Spokane on the 18th. Love, Lillian (Lou) Trevisan.

Comments: Nancy i am very sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. I still remember him from my childhood when your family would visit Trail in the summer when we would be there and when we would go down to Spokane. He had such a warm heart and i think his love of dogs and cats spread to the Mitchell family as our households have become homes for them for as long as i can remember.

Comments: Nancy, I was thinking of the many ways Robert has touched our lives one very funny time was when he was dating my sister, they had been out and when they got home were saying their goodbyes sitting in our living room in the dark on our couch. Mom got up and came through to get herself a drink of water (remember Nancy- Nana was very deaf) Your dad jumped up and hid behind the couch leaving your mom sitting by herself, Nana turned the light on in the kitchen and saw your mom sitting there in the dark and said "what on earth are you sitting in the dark for?" walked across the living room to turn on the light , the switch was above the couch. I woke up hearing your nana yelling "out out" and your mom crying. It took quite some time before Robert came into our house again ! Take care Love

Comments: Nancy and Michelle: Mom and I often speak of "your" side of the family. More so in the last couple of years. I rememeber your dad's love of animals and I'm sure my dad (George) did not like that I always arrvived back home, after summers away in Trail and visiting you, wanting a dog becasue you 3 had them. I too am an animal lover, and have 3 rescued cats as well as a big dog. I also remember how your dad could crack a boiled egg and peel it in 2 exact parts, and his enjoyment of cherry blossoms. Funny things I know, but important when I new him as a youngster.
Sincerely and with regrets: Nancyjane (nee Mitchell, George and Sylvia, Sam (husband, Daniel and Trevor Harness
